Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to http://treesbyvancity.ca/online_crm#/

You can enter by clicking "Browse without buying, Shop Recreational or I have an ON med card" 

Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click "Add to Cart"

When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the "Go to cart" button that will appear as you scroll. 

Medical/ID Request

Once prompted with this, please upload your driver's license and medical card. If you do not have medical card, you can upload your driver's license twice.  

In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you

Once you've filled in all the required fields, you'll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click "Place Order"

On Mail orders: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received. *Remember to include your order number in your E-Transfer

For Delivery (Existing Clients Only): You must log into your account we will send you a text message confirming that your order has been accepted. Once it is out for delivery, we will notify you via SMS. We offer Cash on Delivery and prepaid E-Transfer. 

In-Store Pick up: We will package your order, send out a SMS with what time it will be ready for the store pick up. Orders are usually ready within the hour. We can take Cash, or E-Transfer for this service. 

Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We'll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available
